🌱 Start Here
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here!
Whether you’re brand new to homeschooling or just new to this curriculum, this page will walk you through what to expect and how to get started with confidence. You don’t need to have it all figured out — grace and simplicity are at the heart of everything we’ve built here.
What This Curriculum Is
This is a unit study–based curriculum designed to be flexible, deeply meaningful, and gentle — especially for overwhelmed or discouraged moms who long to bring truth, beauty, and biblical wisdom into their homeschool without drowning in busywork or pressure.
Each unit centers around a theme, person, or idea — drawing together Bible, science, history, geography, art, music, literature, and more. You’ll find Scripture (KJV), character training, rich stories, real-world connections, and creative tools to help your child grow in both knowledge and godliness.

How It’s Designed to Work
The curriculum is open-and-go and workbook-based, with optional digital extras that include audio, video, lapbook templates, interactive maps, and more. These tools aren’t just for tough days — though they’re a lifesaver then — they add depth, variety, and engagement to your regular homeschool rhythm.
You’ll receive a clear weekly guide that walks you through each lesson and activity for every age group:
- PK–1st Grade
- 2nd–4th Grade
- 5th–8th Grade
It’s structured to keep everyone learning together around the same central theme — so you’re not juggling five different topics at once — while giving just enough age-appropriate work to stretch each child. You won’t need to spend your whole day switching between kids or trying to reinvent the wheel. You’ll know what to do, when to do it, and how to keep moving forward — even on the messy days.
You are never left guessing, but you’ll still have the freedom to adapt. Whether you follow the guide exactly or adjust it to fit your week, you’ll have both support and flexibility.
Why Lapbooking?
Lapbooks are a creative, hands-on way for children to interact with what they’re learning. They help with retention, narration, storytelling, and ownership — and they’re fun to flip through again and again.
We chose lapbooking because it’s extremely easy for overwhelmed parents to implement. It requires very few supplies, creates minimal mess, and still manages to be deeply engaging for kids across all ages.
- ✂️ Lapbooking elements are built right into the workbooks so you don’t have to track down extras.
- 💾 Every lapbook piece is also available as a digital download, perfect for printing on different paper, cutting with machines, or adapting to specific needs.
